Monday June 28th Parish Hall upstairs in the Church

On the 28th there will be a small court of honor for merit badges and rank advancement. We will also have are summer camp meeting and agenda for July and August. All boys must wear class A uniform there will be an inspection.

All MB requirements for summer camp must be handed in at this meeting.

This is just a reminder:

If you picked a Merit Badge that has prerequisites (selected requirements need to be done before arriving at camp) they must be completed, signed off by the MB counselor within the troop, and verified by the Scoutmaster no later than the Pre -Camp meeting on June 28.

If this is not done, you will going to the Merit Badge Midway on Sunday night at camp and picking a new MB from which there are slim pickings because all the registrations are done months in advance and they only have a few open slots in selected MB to fill in. These new MB MUST be approved by the Scoutmaster on Sunday night when they are chosen!!

So far, no prereqs have been handed in to any Counselors, nor have any Counselors even been approached about the requirements.

This is a Camp Henson Policy and has been a Troop 1 policy for several years

If you are going to summer camp you need to have a class 3 health form into the troop by June 21st. If you can not make deadline please contact Kate Ruch at Ruchsathome@verizon.net

You can get the forms at:
